How often should I come?

For visible definition, a series of three to four sessions over several weeks. For maintenance, monthly. Members often anchor it to their monthly Ritual.

Is it relaxing or clinical?

Deeply relaxing. We open every session with breath and close in our recovery lounge with tea. It is composed as a ritual, not a procedure.
