No. Sessions are private and fully adapted — from first-timers to dedicated practitioners.
Is it only Pilates?
The session is Pilates-led, but practitioners draw on stretch and breath as the body asks.
Can I combine it with treatments?
Yes — the Half-Day Ritual opens with a private Pilates session. Members build it into their rhythm.
